Who is The JOY FM Career Coach?
Robert Meier is a born-again Christian and employment expert. He built the largest career coaching practice in Chicago between 1991-2005, when he relocated his business to Florida. Since moving to Florida, he has authored three more career books and begun numerous effective career centers for faith-based organizations, universities, and labor-focused institutions (such as Workforce One).
Coach Rob’s overriding burden is to show men and women of faith how to uncover God’s gifts and talents in their lives. His goal is to help work-seekers shine so that employers can appreciate the luster of their careers and then decide to add these jewels to their own corporate crowns of glory.
Robert resides in Wesley Chapel with his wife Marisa and three children Arielle 5, Colten 2, and Calais 10 months. To read his full biography, CLICK HERE

FAQ's
Why does a radio station have a career center? The career center was developed because it is the perfect central place for believers from many locations to meet and help each other on a statewide level.
How can the career center help me? The purpose of the career center is to connect believers/job seekers with employers that are hiring. By providing resources, we hope to encourage you - the job seeker - and offer tactical advice to speed up your job search. The career center also provides a prayer center and central “meeting ground” where individuals can encourage each other in their job searches. The career center is our attempt to equip believers in challenging economic times to win scarce jobs in a fiercely competitive environment. Especially in these uncertain times, believers need to be prepared to fight to win scarce job opportunities so they can provide for their families, and hopefully attain higher levels of authority and influence in the their work places.
