Bill has been with The JOY FM fulltime since August, 2002. In the past he has been the computer consultant for WJIS. He comes with a background in radio (WMBI in Chicago, WUFN in Albion, Michigan and WUGN in Midland, Michigan), youth ministry, pastorate, and computer consultant.
The duties filled by Bill are comprised of (1) the faciliation and integration of engineering technology and computer hardware support and (2) Traffic Director - a term used in broadcasting referring to one who integrates the schedules for the broadcast day.
