Hola, sup! I'm Leslie. I am half-Guatamalan and half-Mexican...think I'd make a very robust blend of coffee...Anyway, I work part-time at The Joy FM and the other half of my life is spent working at the "green mermaid..."(sbux) I'm a borrowed barista to The Joy FM...I supply them with all their caffeine needs, well more like *cough* addictions *cough*....they refer to me as "Leslie The Latte Lady" and I guess it's who I am. Anyway, I'm a HUGE fan of The Joy FM....seriously...not to toot our own horn here but this is the first station I've ever heard of that chooses to be the hands and feet of Jesus above anything else.
My favorite JOY FM artists: Needtobreathe, David Crowder Band, Jars of Clay and Britt Nicole.
Favorite TV show: Project Runway (Season 3 will always be my favorite...Jeffrey Sebelia's creativity blows me away!)the contestants on this show are so gifted and not to get all spiritual and stuff, but it's sooo God's glory in them! and a lot of them don't even know it! sooo cool.
Favorite Colors: Purple, Happy Yellow, Teal, Funky Coral, Glo-shirt Green
Something I've never done: I've never been camping the real way with tents and all.
What I've been learning: humble yourself under God's mighty hand and He will lift you up in due time...
Current book I'm reading: "The Normal Christian Life" by Watchman Nee....but it's hard for me to sit still and read...
