Ray of Hope Christian Church was founded by Senior Pastor, Rev. Dr. Cynthia L. Hale, in 1986, with four people meeting for bible study. The church has a membership of over 5,000 members and celebrates 33 years of impacting and transforming the kingdom of God. The church is located in Decatur, Georgia.
