Enable Notifications on Your Device:


Apple Devices

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap Notifications.
  3. Locate The JOY FM App and ensure Allow Notifications is enabled.


Android Devices:

  1. On your Android device, tap Apps > Settings > MORE.
  2. Tap Application manager > DOWNLOADED.
  3. Tap on The JOY FM app.
  4. Select the check box next to Show notifications to enable push notifications.


Enable Notifications within The JOY FM app:

  1. Launch The JOY FM app on your device.
  2. From the home screen, swipe from the far right side of the screen to the left.
  3. Tap Push Notifications, then ensure all three options are switched ON.
