View Full Post   Today we celebrate our little buddy. So proud of him!! Here's what he had to say: Two years ago, I weighed over 300 pounds. Today I did this. The humidity in Tampa almost did me in, but I thank GOD for the hills that I trained on back home because they made me strong enough to finish today. I'm also thankful for Alexa Trout & Trish Trout for cheering me on at the finish line. I didn't realize how close I was to not reaching my goal of finishing under 90 minutes. Couldn't have done it without you guys! Thanks also to everyone who encourages guys like me to be better than we used to be. You rock! #teamfreedom #pgdc17 #bejoy #thejayarshow
