Description:
Searching for a live-in caregiver for my 92YO grandma. Job requires preparing food, ensuring she eats the food, giving medication, checking blood sugar, changing diapers, sponge baths, other skin cleaning, doing daily exercises in her bed. She is bedbound due to fall last year that cause a broken hip and limited recovery. Also, house cleaning duties such as washing dishes, washing laundry, wiping counters, vacuuming, mopping, etc. This is a live-in position near the SRQ airport. Please do not apply unless you are willing to consider that option. The house has plenty of room, though the plumbing is quirky and we had some Hurricane Milton damage that will need to be repaired. Salary includes free housing, some free food (for shared meals between grandma and caregiver), and weekly pay of $1000 (slightly negotiable).
Qualifications:
Previous medical or caregiving experience a plus, but will train.
