Description:
We are hiring an experienced Pet Groomer for our new location in Hudson, FL. The Hound Hangout; 12346 US Hwy 98, Hudson, FL 34667 We are starting new. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years working in a grooming salon, enthusiastic, outgoing, punctual, smart and with lots of energy. We have full-time office staff that answer phones, book your appointments, call your customers for pick up and checks them out. This allows you to focus on your grooms and not all the "other stuff." Commission is 50/50 with 100% tips. Groomers are also responsible for giving baths. Pay day is every Friday. If this sounds like you, drop by the business & fill out an application. Qualifications:
At least 3-years professional grooming experience (is preferred) Must have Grooming tools and equipment in good working condition Reliable transportation is a must! Passion for dog grooming and the well-being of pets. Cat grooming is a plus! Knowledgeable in breed standard grooms Skills in scissoring, general cleaning, nail trimming, styling, and all other pet grooming functions Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered The ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require Saturdays. The days off are Sunday & Monday.
