Description:
Sarasota Medical Pregnancy Center (SMPC) is a faith-based, nonprofit community health and family education center dedicated to serving women and families along Florida’s west coast. We provide compassionate care with no financial or geographic barriers, focusing on the underserved and underinsured. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our mission and growing Center. This role includes supporting the CEO, and overseeing medical, behavioral health, navigation, and education services, along with building community relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: • College degree • Community Health experience Preferred Qualifications: • Professional or medical license • Prior Management or Leadership Experience in a pregnancy center and/or LCSW Supervision Additional Eligibility Qualifications: 1. Committed Christian who demonstrates personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. 2. Exhibits strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position. 3. Agree with and be willing to uphold the Code of Conduct and policies of the Center.
