Description:
Greet clients, answer multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, check in patients, over the counter sales, process payments, escort clients and patients to exam room, bring patients to treatment area, keep reception areas clean and inviting.
Qualifications:
Experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but will consider reception experience from other fields if applicant displays a natural connection with animals. Must have reliable transportation, be able to handle busy phones and incoming clients simultaneously. Must be able to multitask! Be available to work 30 - 43 hours per week and one Saturday morning per month.
