Description:
Will efficiently coordinate, schedule Service Technician’s time, while maintaining the work order process. This role will also communicate with the customer in regard to estimates, job status and scheduling. This advisor role will coordinate activities with other departments of the dealership to best serve the needs of the customer.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills Excellent computer skills Excellent time management, and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills Review invoice with customer prior to closing work order. Invoice customer, internal, and warranty work. High school and/or technical school education
