Description:
SD Properties is seeking a responsible, focused, and motivated individual to lead our crew and grow with our company. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Experience in carpentry, general handyman work, landscaping, gardening, or other similar types of duties is preferred, but not required. Must be able to work well independently or with a team to evaluate and foresee repair needs, complete work orders, and make needed improvements to our rental properties. Starting pay is negotiable, based on experience
