Description:
As the worship leader, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading worship services that inspire and engage our congregation. You will work closely with the pastor and other church leaders to create a worship experience that is both spiritually uplifting and relevant to our diverse community.
Qualifications:
Spiritual Commitment: Demonstrate a personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that reflects Christian values. Musical Ability: Proficiency in singing and playing at least one instrument, with the ability to lead a band or worship team. Leadership Skills: Ability to organize, coordinate, and inspire team members to create meaningful worship experiences. Communication: Open to collaboration and feedback from church leadership and team members, ensuring unity in the worship ministry. Teachability: Willing to learn, grow, and adapt to the needs of the church and congregation. Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment and how to use it effectively during worship.
