Description:
Seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the maintenance and development of two beautiful estate homes in the Augusta area. Responsibilities: • General property upkeep, including interior and exterior cleaning • Minor repairs and maintenance tasks • Landscaping and gardening • Potential oversight of larger projects (e.g., renovations, construction) Benefits: • Competitive compensation • On-site housing in a (soon to be built) guest cottage • Opportunity for long-term employment with a growing estate
Qualifications:
