Description:
Are you a recent graduate not sure what you want to do? Interested in TRADES? Assist in building structures for residential, business, and construction sites. Carry materials and supplies from trucks to job site so they are ready for installation or other tasks Participate in Demolitions Test equipment and tools to ensure in good working order Maintain and keep company trucks and trailers clean Learn carpentry, electrical work, plumbing and other specialized skills as required by the Job Lead Follow instructions to ensure safety of entire team Measure and cut material to desired specifications Keep job site Clean and ensure site and all equipment is properly secure for the night
Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED preferred • Experience on a construction crew preferred • Must have basic tools; Measuring tape, hammer, screw drivers, utility knife, broom, Mop, shop vac, etc • Excellent Problem Solving • Willingness to learn construction skills on-site • Ability to work as a team • Reliable transportation to get to job sites • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Advanced organizational skills • Punctuality • Able to pass drug and background screening
