Description:
Full-time youth director responsible for the spiritual development of middle and high school youth. Must implement a strong Christian curriculum as well as provide mission and outreach opportunities for students to grow their relationship with God. Responsible for creating and working within a budget as well as coordinating volunteers for activities and working closely with a youth council of church members. Hours may vary with season and youth activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred but not required. Experience working with youth a plus. Must be a good communicator with outgoing personality to engage youth in and outside of the church. Organization and efficient time management are important. Expertise in social media and technology a must. Background check required.
