Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to join our team. This position will begin as part-time, with the intent to transition to full-time based on performance. As a Back Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing paperwork, communicating with various companies, and maintaining impeccable records. Balancing the status of several different accounts is necessary.
Qualifications:
*Organizational Skills: Ability to track, manage, and organize paperwork with precision, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. *Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with the office manager, clients, and financial firms. *Attention to Detail: Impeccable recordkeeping skills to ensure all interactions and transactions are documented accurately. *Computer and Internet Skills: Proficiency in using computers and the internet, as most applications and processes are conducted online. *Quick Learning Ability: Capability to quickly understand and adapt to new software programs and integrations. The position involves approximately six main software integrations and multiple other online accounts. *Adaptability: Flexibility in scheduling with the ability to work variable hours during the week and attend scheduled evening events. *Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to efficiently handle and resolve issues related to paperwork and client communications. *Experience in Financial Field: Prior knowledge or experience in the financial sector is a plus, though not required.
