Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Herbicide and Fertilizer Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient application of herbicides and fertilizers to promote healthy growth and control weeds across various landscapes. This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of agricultural chemicals, safety protocols, and a commitment to environmental stewardship.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional agricultural or horticultural education is preferred. - Valid pesticide applicator’s license or willingness to obtain one. - Proven experience in herbicide and fertilizer application or a related field. - Strong knowledge of chemical handling, safety practices, and environmental regulations. - Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle heavy equipment. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
