New Beginnings Preschool & Daycare in Largo, FL is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Two's Teacher to join our growing team. If you love working with children and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you!\ - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote development in young children - Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and needs - Follow all preschool policies and procedures, including maintaining cleanliness and organization in the classroom - Foster a positive and collaborative environment with colleagues and staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required) - DCF 40-Hour Child Care Training (must be completed within 90 days of hire) - Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential - Previous experience in a child care or preschool setting - Strong understanding of early childhood development - First Aid/CPR certification - Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening - A love for children and a positive, team-oriented attitude!
