Description:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our busy boutique Trusts & Estates practice in Punta Gorda, Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to play a key role in a fast-paced, rewarding practice with a focus on providing compassionate and exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience as a Florida Trusts & Estates Paralegal with a strong and in-depth knowledge of Florida estate planning, trust administration, probate and related legal processes. Paralegal certificate and/or a degree in paralegal studies is preferred but not required. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is very important for this position. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a genuine love of helping people are a must. Competitive salary based on experience.
