Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and mission-driven STEM Coordinator to lead and grow our Eureka! program. This role is ideal for a passionate educator and program leader who is eager to inspire the next generation of female STEM leaders. The Coordinator will oversee program development, implementation, and community partnerships while ensuring a high-quality experience for participants. This position requires someone who is not only an excellent program facilitator but also a relationship-builder - someone who can engage girls, families, educators, and community partners to create meaningful opportunities for STEM exploration.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or final year of undergraduate study) in STEM, education, social sciences, or a related field. • At least two years of experience facilitating programs and/or instructing youth. • Passion for STEM education and empowering young women. • Experience working with diverse populations. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently, adapt to challenges, and bring creativity to programming. • Comfortable leading interactive, hands-on STEM experiences. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for off-site programming and events). • Flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends required.
