Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern to assist with a digital transformation project within our Human Resources department. This role will focus on organizing and digitizing historical HR paperwork while ensuring compliance and accessibility for future use. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in HR operations while contributing to a meaningful project that enhances company efficiency. This position must be filled by May 7th, so we are looking for a candidate who is eager to begin immediately and help us complete this vital project in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in handling documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with document management systems is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Must be available to start immediately and assist in completing this project before May 7th.
