Please try and read the book John Bevere on Where is God? It talks about the wilderness that we all go through and wondering where is God. It sheds a great light on fear. Please remember that no matter what you are going through God is with you. You may not be able to feel him or hear him but He is always there. Remember the "what is seen is temporary and what is unseen is eternal." May you come out of whatever you are going through stronger.
