As they continue to settle into their seats, Dave, Bill and Carmen, each shared their own "word of the year" to help  guide them in 2020. 

Carmen figured out her word in November. "Savor". Dave, predictably, looked for a word that he thought would be unpredictable. "Resist". 

And Bill, went for a two-letter word to help his multitasking. "Or".
