The Morning Cruise Replay - Gut Feelings
Thursday, June 25, 2020
We had a few belly laughs on The Morning Cruise today, which is apparently good for your health, as Bill shared with us. All that talk had Dave wanting to fill his belly with some sweet Georgia peaches.
As they say, "everything in moderation," Carmen had a few apps to help us take a diet on screentime. Dave countered with an app that could pay off big time if you give it the attention it needs. Bill got us back into a healthy frame of mind with Psalm 19:14.
Fast food options seem to be everywhere. Turns out, our brains have more options than our stomachs as Carmen told us there are more museums in the U.S. than McDonald's or Starbucks!
The owner of a one-of-a-kind baroque painting must have felt like he took a kick in the guts when he had the piece restored by someone who wasn't quite qualified for the job.
Bill got us back on track and helped us find the humor in Chapter 11 of The Screwtape Letters.
