The Morning Cruise Replay - With All The Fanfare

It was a big weekend all around. Bill and his family welcomed home a new baby into their house and there was a lot of excitement to be had, especially from his granddaughter for her new baby brother.

Not only was the weather looking good this weekend but several teams shined on the football field in week zero.

Carmen was happy to see her long lost neck pillow that was left behind in Minnesota but made its way back courtesy of Candice.

A big congratulations is in order for the Lake Mary Little League team as they took home the trophy yesterday in a nail-biter against Chinese Taipei.

Bill was raising his arms in church yesterday as he celebrated the universal sovereignty of God.

Are you a fan of God or a friend of God? That is one of the questions that Aaron Burke addresses in his recent sermon series at Radiant Church in Tampa, "Friend Of God".

Carmen's Alabama fandom has made her a fan of Nick Saban. And now that he's moved on from coaching to being a panelist on College GameDay, she's cheering him on in his new role.

Awhile back, Dave and his wife became fans of a coffee shop in Texas. Now that she is doing better after the cancer treatments and shingles outbreak, they celebrated with a trip to Ft. Myers to visit the newest location of that coffee shop.

Carmen has become a fan of Jen Wilkins Bible Study on The Sermon on the Mount. She shared how one line stuck out to her while reading through the passage recently. When we become followers of Jesus, it can feel a little lonely and that there is not much fanfare for the viewpoint when you are in the world.

We're hearing a lot of fanfare about the movie The Forge which opened this weekend and was the #5 movie at the box office. Now Dave wants to know if the movie will be in theatres long enough for the Starliner crew to see it when they return to Earth...in 2025!

The flourishing fountains of the Bellagio in Las Vegas are celebrating their 40th anniversary in a unique way with a new show choreographed by an Atlanta accountant that used 2.4 million Marriott Bonvoy points for the opportunity.

Bay Turner's song,  Brand New, is a celebration of his recovery from a vocal cord injury that almost took away his ability to sing.
