Carmen had a couple of challenges that she issued this morning on the show. She started with some suggestions of romantic things you can do for your spouse and she highlighted how Dave has done that for his wife during her cancer battle. 

She did not challenge herself to stay up late for last night's supermoon but she did notice it on the way to work this morning. 

Carmen's other challenge happened throughout the show as she challenged you to help us with our running start for Sharathon with a "family challenge". 

Another challenge for Carmen came in the form of a lip reading game that was featured on a video on our social media channels. 

Dave felt like we were being challenged by Carmen to walk a fine line when she shared the top 10 birthdays and what it might be related to. 

Dave's oldest granddaughter, Essie, has taken up a challenge by joining the cross country team at her school. 

Bill challenged us to take up arts and crafts as it helps our wellbeing. 

He also shared Romans 8:37-29 as an encouragement for those taking on the challenge of becoming a new Christian. 

Taco Bell is getting political to take on the challenge of making National Taco Day always fall on a Tuesday.
