It's Wednesday! It's time to get up off the couch and get moving. We did just that as we got started today with Bill talking about our average time spent on the couch. Dave was reminded of his pine factory sofa as well.

Jules had to make some moves with the help of Haley and Mohair to pull off a prank during FriendRaiser last week. 

One way to get you off the couch is to remind you that today is National Walking Day. We shared some walking stats and tips with you as well. 

Streaming church services has been one way for you to attend church from the comfort of your couch. But what about when you are stuck on the International Space Station for 9 months. Butch Wilmore shared how he attended church services weekly while awaiting a ride back home. And when he wasn't watching church services, he was encouraged to keep moving in space to keep his body in shape for the constraints that being in zero-gravity can do to you. 

As we get ready to move, Carmen is considering a Costco membership since it is so close to our new building.
